Design Philosophy：
The whole air supply area is sealed so that the cold air from floors is gathered in the sealed aisle, thus the loss of air volume and refrigeration capacity can be reduced or avoided greatly to improve the refrigeration effect significantly and prevent the problem of partial hot spot of the equipment. Overall, the heat dissipation function of the equipment is improved, the working efficiency is promoted, the service life is prolonged and the energy is saved immensely.
Fully transparent acrylic sheets are employed. The illumination relies on the external environment and the light intensity inside the aisle cannot be affected.
Fire-fighting Linkage Control:
(a)If there is a fire alarm, power supply will be cut off forcibly by the fire-fighting system of the machine room and crown sheet of the aisle will be open to conduct gas fire fighting on the cold aisle area.
(b)Each cold aisle is connected with a path of power cords (220V) and till the voltage of each top plate reducing to 12/24V; the power supply for a magnetic lock connected to each crown sheet pertains to the power supply that needs to be closed forcibly in fire fighting.
(c)If there is a fire alarm, the power supply will be cut off forcibly by the fire-fighting system of the machine room and the side door of the aisle will be open so that all personnel can escape conveniently.
Non-standard customization:Customize as per different sizes (standard 1200mm or 1800mm) and requirements of the two rows of cabinets.
