Nowadays, the electronic equipment has been widely used and how to guarantee the long-time reliable operation of the electronic equipment has plagued the engineers. Nevertheless, among plenty of failure causes of the electronic equipment, the high temperature is the most prominent one and has affected 60% of the electronic equipment.
The inside of the console is the storage PC host and 19” equipment, so high requirements of heat dissipation are set for the console. As for the design of the console, the theory of air exchange is employed to design heat emission holes on front and back doors of the console and preserve large heat dissipation spaces at the bottom and on the top of the front door; as a result, the safe and efficient rotation of the equipment is ensured fully.
If the console is used for storing a lot of electronic equipment, cooling fans will be installed on the front and back doors of the console as appropriate or the density of the heat emission holes is increased to accelerate the air flow, thereby reducing the heat of the equipment.
